INSURANCE POLICY
Unfortunately, as a low cost clinic, we cannot not offer communications with 3rd party venders such as pet insurance companies or outside pharmacies.
You are welcome to use these resources, however you are responsible for any communications with your chosen companies.

Full access to your pet(s) records is available via your online pet portal. From there you can download them and send in to your insurance company.​

We will offer a printed copy of the full medical record for the appointment. We will also send an identical PDF, we do not have any hidden soap/doctor's notes. We do not communicate with any insurance companies. You have access to all records at any time using your pet portal.
If this is your first time accessing our portal, you will need to set your password before entering, there is also an email that you will receive to confirm your email as well. This can be done by clicking “Forgot Password”. Once your password is set, you will be able to register and access your pets vaccination records.
