A 4% Convenience fee will be added to all non - cash payments.

We DO NOT accept Care Credit or personal checks.

 

Before your appointment be sure to email or bring in a valid rabies certificate for your pet. If your pet is not up to date on the rabies vaccine, they will be required to have a $15 rabies vaccine at the time of the appointment. Rabies vaccines are required by law in the United States. We do not accept the rabies tag, invoices, or reminders as proof of rabies as it does not have the necessary information needed. 

 

Our technicians will bring your pet back for their appointments. If you wish to speak directly to the Veterinarian at the time of your appointment and you wish to be in the room with your pet their is a $35 exam fee. 

We ask that you stay in your car with your pets until you are notified of your turn via text. If you do not have a mobile phone or car, we ask that you please join us in our lobby until your turn. Please feel free to visit neighboring stores, but please be courteous and do so without your pets. Please report any pet waste on the premises to any of our staff, so that we may address it immediately.

Thank you for entrusting us with your pet’s care and we will be with you just as quickly as we can!

We do not schedule surgeries via email.

Please bring ALL pets in on a leash or in a carrier for the safety of your pet and our staff. If you are bringing in multiple cats, we require that they are in separate carriers for each cat.

ANY aggressive pets MUST be muzzled at all times in our building. Any staff member may ask you to muzzle your pet for their safety at any time.

Please never leave your pet alone in a vehicle at any time.
